All cancellations should be done 48 hrs prior to appointments.All cancellations should be done by phone or text messages during business hrs .Please do NOT cancel your appointment by email as this is very difficult for me to see on time. If you cancel your appointment 48 hours before your deposit will be transferred to a different day of your choosing.
All appointments ,requires a $10 -$25 deposit based on the service.
Deposits will go towards your service total.
All deposits should be paid online, through paypal or in person. Transfers should contain ( clients name , service description , time of service)
All clients should be aware that appointments may fall behind due to uncontrollable circumstances.
Please open the email after you make your appointment to confirm once you open the email it will automatically confirm. Also if you booked a service and your deposit is not received it will be cancelled.
Client who are more than 15 minutes late , may loose their deposit , designs may be limited or you may have to wait in between clients to complete nails
All clients are able to book last minute, if a spot is available.
Once your order is placed you will receive an invoice by email. After the product has been shipped customers will receive a tracking number to track their order. Shipping takes approximately 7-14 business days, sometimes earlier.
Exchange can be done up to 7 days after the package was received.
A valid reason must be given for all exchanges
